What We’re Up To

ORPIB seeks to serve communities of LGBTQIA2S+ business owners, non-profit leaders, and individual professionals and students throughout Oregon and SW Washington through Education, Advocacy, and Connection.

Networking & Connection

Our events foster connection and collaboration, empowering the LGBTQ+ community to unite, amplify voices, and drive progress.

Members showcase themselves and their businesses in our Member Directory, and have the opportunity to connect in real time in our private Discord Community Server.

Education

Thrive in Business Virtual Learning is our series of casual, friendly, lunch-sized educational offerings to help business owners and professionals level-up at work, by offering accessible information and guidance from experts.

Access to all Thrive sessions is included in ORPIB Membership, both live and in our Member Archive.

Advocacy

Advocacy for LGBTQ+ rights is more critical than ever, as it ensures protection, equality, and visibility for our community amid ongoing challenges to our freedoms and dignity.

The ORPIB Advocacy Committee is engaging with Oregon state legislators, including LGBTQ+ Caucus members, to support good bills and oppose harmful bills.
