Oregon Pride in Business is on a mission to champion economic empowerment for LGBTQ+ businesses and communities throughout Oregon and SW Washington.
As a 501c6 Chamber of Commerce, we rely on membership dues, sponsorships, and donations from community members and organizations like you.
Your donation will support our membership programs, events, and advocacy efforts to help our LGBTQ+ and ally business community thrive.

Whether you're an established professional, student (18+), retiree, solopreneur, or part of an employee resource group, we’d love to hear from you.
General Volunteering
We offer a variety of volunteer roles:
Committees: Support the essential operations of our organization.
Programs: Assist in delivering impactful initiatives like our Virtual Education and Mentorship Programs.
Projects, Events, and Tasks: Volunteer opportunities to make a meaningful impact without an ongoing commitment.
Community Representation: Act as an ORPIB representative at external events, including Pride celebrations and other community engagements.
Regional Advisory Council: Strategically connect ORPIB with Q+ and Ally individuals, businesses, and nonprofits outside of the Portland Metro Area, and help shape our Expansion initiative.
We are committed to making your volunteer experience mutually beneficial by aligning your skills and goals with opportunities to positively impact the community.
Areas of Greatest Need
Fundraising Volunteers: Experience with or interest in learning about Individual Donor Campaigns, Fundraising Events, Corporate Sponsorships, or Grant Writing.
Volunteer Coordinator: Yes, a volunteer to coordinate other volunteers!
