Modeled after the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) mentorship initiative, ORPIB’s Mentorship Program goes a step further by being open to the entire community—not just ORPIB members. This inclusive approach reflects our commitment to fostering entrepreneurial growth and community connection.
Program Highlights:
- Personalized Mentorship: Mentees are paired 1:1 with experienced mentors who provide personalized guidance and support over a 12-month period.
- Complimentary Membership: Mentees receive a free ORPIB Membership during their program, giving them full access to member benefits and networking opportunities.
- Regular Check-Ins: Monthly mentor check-ins ensure mentees stay on track toward their business goals.
- Community-Building Events: Quarterly gatherings connect all program participants, fostering a supportive, growth-oriented community.
- Supplemental Learning: Thrive in Business Learning Series content is included as an additional resource for program participants.
ORPIB’s 2025 Mentorship Program is led by ORPIB Foundation Board Secretary, Michael Richardson, with support from Brandon Giles (LB Collaborations) and Dave Bjorn (Bjorn Consulting).
