While our capacity restricts us from endorsing local races, our commitment to advocacy and policy remains central. If people are denied the freedom to show up at work or build businesses as who they are, then we falter as a society. ORPIB will continue to advocate for an inclusive, loving environment where everyone can contribute without fear of homophobia, transphobia, racism, or misogyny.
