Mentorship Program
The mentorship program runs annually from May until February
Program Overview Oregon Pride in Business (ORPIB) Mentorship Program strives to support the growth, development, and success of the LGBTQIA2S+ & Ally Business Community throughout Oregon and SW Washington. The program combines monthly 1:1 mentorship sessions and quarterly group connections to foster community and networking. Both Mentors and Mentees are required to submit an application to be accepted to the program. We match applicants with business mentors in the community to provide expert guidance and insight on areas identified by the mentee. This relationship is a commitment for nine months, requiring clear communication and planning from participants.

ORPIB Mentorship Program 📚2026🌟
Modeled after the National LGBTQ+ & Ally Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) mentorship initiative, ORPIB’s Mentorship Program goes a step further by being open to mentees across to the entire community—not just ORPIB members.
This inclusive approach reflects our commitment to fostering entrepreneurial growth and community connection.
The ORPIB Mentorship Program matches Business Owners and Leaders with experienced mentors within our ORPIB Membership and Sustaining Sponsors.
Mentees commit to a minimum of 4 hours per month for 9 consecutive months.
Personalized Mentorship: Mentees are paired 1:1 with experienced mentors who provide personalized guidance and support based on the mentees objectives.
Regular Check-ins: Monthly mentor check-ins ensure mentees stay on track toward their business goals.
Quarterly Group Sessions to get to know your peers and other mentors for networking
Supplemental Learning: Thrive in Business Learning Series content is included as an additional resource for program participants.
